Taking this course would mean that you believe that you might share your body with someone else. We understand how terrifying that can be if you're still unsure of your diagnosis.

Let me be the first to tell you: it's ok to be afraid. Acknowledging your headmates is a huge step and it's not always an easy one to take. As a system that has made it from "disbelief" to "happy headspace", please believe me when I say that trusting your diagnosis is a powerful first step.

If you have any alters that are acting out, saying hurtful things to you, eating uncontrollably, staying up late, or anything like that, a lot of that stems from them just trying to get validation of their existence.

If you can find it in yourself to be brave and to admit that you have DID, this course can help lead you from there.

This probably isn't the right course for you if...

You're looking for a magic bullet.

While this course will lead your system through a fairly quick transformation, you still need to be willing to put in the work. We've made the information straight forward and simple but it won't all be easy. If you're willing to put in some effort, this course will be worth it.

You think your DID diagnosis is "ridiculous" or "crazy".

We get it: being diagnosed with DID can be a hard pill to swallow and it's easy to want to say it's all made up. If you're still struggling with your diagnosis, that's ok! This course will still help. But if you're adamant that the tests were wrong and this is all nonsense? Not so much.

If even just one of your fronting alters believes the diagnosis might be true, this course can be powerful. If someone in your system is ready to take the leap of faith, the whole system will benefit.

Your alters all know each other and get along.

If you and all of your headmates are buddies, that's great! We're really happy for you! This course probably won't give you much insight if you and your system are already close. If that's your situation, please check out some of our other courses to help take your system to the next level!
